We are a family owned and run independent business operating out of Exeter in Devon. Our Devon operation is now based at Thorverton and is run by Jessie and is taking bookings now for 2020/2021. Don't Forget!: We now have our own weather-proof gazebos, so if you're short on space in your marquee or hall, we can provide a full setup outside next to your venue.
The event bars we can provide for range from marquees in a field to village halls or private homes to corporate events. We cater for any party....Weddings, Engagement Parties, Anniversaries, Village Fetes, Even Wakes!
We are competitively priced and you will always pay less at the bar than at the pub! We normally have an extra cold draught lager. If you wish for draught beer, Draught "bright" beers only have a shelf life of 3 days, so have to be fully drunk at the event! Local ciders are also popular. Just ask!
As a guide £4 for a pint of extra cold lager, £4 for a good quality glass of wine, £2 for a glass of juice or fizzy! We carry a good range of non alcoholic drinks plus a range of shots, gins, bottled beers and spirits. The outdoor or indoor mobile bar can be adjusted as you require, please add any specific requirements when you book and we will try to oblige! We are happy to supply real beer/Craft Beers from local suppliers. Let us know beforehand so that we can order and have available.
We run a professional service. We always set up well advance and are fully prepared with chilled drinks for your guests arrival and well organised & supplied for the day ahead. I run the mobile bars assisted by my experienced daughters, sons and their partners. All bars are portable. we can cater for any Event. Wedding Bar Hire is our speciality. All staff are reliable and well experienced in hospitality.

Our booking fee is £95 (which includes arranging the event licence if needed). We dont have a minimum spend policy, but we do expect to be the only supplier of drinks at the event unless arranged otherwise beforehand. If our takings are over £1000, you will get £30 refunded to you after the event.
Beers & Wines are served in rigid reusable polycarbonate glasses. We have available compostable cups which degrade within 12 weeks! We use Vegware Compostable products. Glassware is available if preferred for drinks packages.

For the convenience of all our customers we accept contactless payments by Visa or Mastercard at all events as long as we have wifi or mobile internet available. We use the vodafone or O2 network if available at your venue or preferably the venues wifi if we are allowed access and given the passcode.
